1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of twoke ("twoke", "we", "us"), the copy-trading platform at twoke.io, and form an agreement between twoke and you as the person using it.
The operating legal entity and its registered address are being finalised and are not yet named here. Until they are, the contactable party for every purpose in this document is enfo@twoke.io.
2. What twoke is, and what it is not
twoke is execution software. It runs automated trading engines, called masters, and mirrors their decisions into an exchange account that you own and control. Every copied trade is re-sized to your account balance and re-checked against risk limits you set before any order is placed.
twoke is not an investment adviser, a broker, a fund, or a custodian. It does not hold your money, does not assess whether trading is suitable for you, and does not promise that any master will trade at all in a given period or will be profitable. Nothing on the platform is financial, legal or tax advice.
Past performance of any master does not indicate future results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade crypto derivatives where you live. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of twoke, and of the exchange you connect, is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for any tax arising from your trading.
You must not use twoke if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a jurisdiction where the exchange you connect prohibits access. Your exchange's own terms apply to your account there in addition to these terms.
4. Your twoke account
You sign in with an email address and a password of at least 8 characters, and may instead request a one-time code by email. Certain actions — connecting or replacing an exchange API key, and exporting your data — additionally require a fresh code sent to your email at the moment you perform them.
You are responsible for keeping your email account and password secure and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us at enfo@twoke.io promptly if you believe either has been compromised.
One account per person. Do not share access, and do not attempt to circumvent platform limits such as the cap on connected exchange accounts that have no subscription.
5. Exchange accounts and API keys
You connect your own exchange account by supplying an API key. That key must be scoped to trading and reading only. Do not enable withdrawal permission — twoke never requires it and will never ask for it.
Your API secret is encrypted before storage and is never displayed, exported in readable form, or logged. twoke never takes custody of the funds in your exchange account: it places orders through your key, and your balance remains at your exchange under your control at all times.
You choose whether a connected key points at a demo/testnet environment or at live funds. Live trading uses real money entirely at your own risk. You may replace a key at any time, and may remove a connected account when it has no active subscription and no open positions.
Each exchange account may follow only one master. This is a technical constraint of one-way position mode, not a commercial one.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are sold per master, for one specific connected exchange account, in three durations: quarterly (3 months), semi-annual (6 months) and annual (12 months). The price applicable to your purchase is the one displayed at checkout at that moment, and the price actually charged is recorded against your subscription so later price changes do not alter it.
Payment is made in USDC on the Polygon PoS network, directly from a wallet you control to a smart contract. A subscription becomes active when the confirmed on-chain payment is observed. twoke stores no payment method and nothing renews automatically — a subscription simply expires unless you renew it.
If a payment is made for an exchange account that cannot receive it, the subscription is held for you to attach to an eligible account rather than rejected.
7. No refunds
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies without exception: no partial refunds, no pro-rating for unused time, no refund for platform downtime, exchange outages, or periods in which a master places no trades, and no refund on termination or on removal of a connected account.
You confirm this at the point of payment as well as by accepting these terms. If this is not acceptable to you, do not purchase a subscription — every master can be run against a demo exchange account at no cost first.
Moving to a longer plan preserves your remaining time rather than refunding it: the new expiry is calculated from whichever is later, today or your current expiry, plus the new plan's full duration. Moving to a shorter plan is not supported.
8. Trading risk
Trading crypto perpetual futures with leverage carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the capital in the exchange account you connect.
Every position opened by twoke carries a stop-loss and a take-profit, and an unprotected position is closed rather than left running. A stop-loss reduces risk; it does not remove it. Price gaps, slippage, thin liquidity, exchange outages and liquidation can all produce losses larger than the stop distance implies.
You choose the risk settings that govern your account, including the percentage of equity risked per trade. Those settings can only reduce or refuse a copied trade — they cannot increase one — but they remain your decision and your responsibility.
9. Availability, and what we do not promise
twoke is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and the platform depends on third parties — your exchange, its API and websocket services, the Polygon network, and email delivery — whose availability is outside our control.
We do not promise that a master will trade in any given period, will produce a profit, or will replicate a trade to your account. A copy is legitimately skipped where price has moved beyond your deviation limit, where the size derived from your risk percentage falls below the exchange's minimum order size, where your available margin is insufficient, or where one of your own limits refuses it.
Demo and testnet environments are operated by the exchanges, not by us, and may be reset by them without notice.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use twoke for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of your exchange's terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other users' data, or any system it connects to;
- interfere with, overload, or probe the service, or circumvent rate limits or account limits;
- resell, redistribute or publish a master's live signals, or provide access to your subscription to others;
- reverse engineer the platform or its models except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued operation would create a security or safety risk for you or other users.
You may stop copying at any time using the kill switch in your dashboard, by letting a subscription expire, or by removing a connected exchange account. Stopping does not close positions that are already open on your exchange account: those, and the protective orders attached to them, remain yours to manage at your exchange.
Termination does not give rise to a refund. See clause 7.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, twoke is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by exchange outages, network failures, price gaps, slippage, liquidation, or a master's decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
This clause is one of two in this document that most needs professional review before it is relied upon; see the notice at the top of this page.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. When the version changes, your previous acceptance no longer counts and you are asked to accept the new version before you next subscribe to a master or connect an exchange key. The version you accepted, and when, is recorded against your account.
Material changes will be reflected in the version shown at the top of this page.
14. Governing law
The governing law and the forum for disputes are pending alongside the naming of the operating entity in clause 1, and are deliberately not stated rather than guessed. This will be completed before twoke accepts customers outside its initial test group.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms: enfo@twoke.io. We also answer on WhatsApp, and the address is in the footer of every page. Never send an API secret or a wallet seed phrase through any channel — support does not need either and will never ask for them.
